This week:
4 Grapefruit (We already have a barrelful!)
2lbs Apples (lately these have really been un-flavorful)
2 Cucumbers
1 pnt Strawberries
1 lb Asparagus
1 bunch Chard
1 lb Zucchini
1 bu Carrots
1 bu Broccoli
.5 lbs Rhubarb
.5 lbs Salad
And the plan right now:
Monday: Porchetta (cooked w Potatoes Onions Apples) and Grapefruit souffle
Tuesday: Zucchini Basil Fusili and Strawberry Rhubarb pie (my husband's favorite)
Wednesday: Asparagus Flan and Moroccan Carrot Salad
Thursday: M is out, I'll probably pan fry some leftover panade for myself + the babe
Friday: Broccoli Feta Pasta
Saturday: at a wedding.
Sunday: Veal Meatballs, Cucumber Raita, Chard + Chickpeas. A little tour of the Mediterranean in one meal.
